First National Bank of Volga may reveal nonpublic personal information regarding our customer accounts, or former customer accounts, or other personally identifiable information if: (1) the customer requests it; (2) the information is provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction (i.e., check printing companies) or the disclosure is required or allowed by law.  We may exchange this information with reputable information reporting agencies (i.e., credit bureaus) to maximize the accuracy and security of such information.

In addition, The First National Bank of Volga may disclose information we receive from our customers (name, address, and social security number) to a non-affiliated third party, such as a credit card company, that performs marketing services on our behalf.
