• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history; and
• Web-based tools when you visit our web-site, such as “cookies”.

“Nonpublic personal information” means any personally identifiable financial information about you, including information about you on a list that is not publicly available.

Information We May Disclose
The First National Bank of Volga may reveal nonpublic personal information regarding our customer accounts, or former customer accounts, or other personally identifiable information if: (1) the customer requests it; (2) the information is provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction (i.e., check printing companies) or the disclosure is required or allowed by law.  We may exchange this information with reputable information reporting agencies (i.e., credit bureaus) to maximize the accuracy and security of such information.

In addition, The First National Bank of Volga may disclose information we receive from our customers (name, address, and social security number) to a non-affiliated third party, such as a credit card company, that performs marketing services on our behalf.

Explanation of Opt Out Right
If you prefer we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than those permitted by law).  If you have a joint account, your opt-out choice(s) will apply to everyone on your account unless you mark the applicable box on the opt-out form.  To opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may print and complete the Opt-Out Election Form attached to this privacy policy and mail the form to us at P.O. Additional Safeguarding of Customer Information
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those of our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you, process and service your accounts, and administer business.
