regarding our customer accounts, or former customer accounts, or

we receive from our customers (name, address, and social security number)
to a non-affiliated third party, such as a credit card company, that
performs marketing services on our behalf.
Explanation of Opt Out Right
If you prefer we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than those permitted by law). If you have a joint account, your opt-out choice(s) will apply to everyone on your account unless you mark the applicable box on the opt-out form. To opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may print and complete the Opt-Out Election Form attached to this privacy policy and mail the form to us at P.O.
